Great video presentation! I would add that something we've found that works well is when the Mayday is announced that the IC, RIC Team, and the Mayday individual (or Team) stay on the assinged tac channel and all other Operations go to another assigned channel. It doesn't require the individual that called the Mayday to try and find the dial on his radio to make that switch. Keep the videos coming Chief!
