This video just goes to show how some countries lack anything close to what the U.S. has in terms of a fire service. A man using a bucket to toss water on a fire dangerously falls through a roof in West Papua.

The amusing part is we do have technology here and we're still as f@#king dumb as this guy in the fire service.
