Delaware PSA - SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER
The Delaware City Fire Company and the Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association are behind this PSA aiming to protect responders following the Line of Duty Death of FF/EMT Michelle Smith, who was struck while operating at a crash in December of 2008. The CVVFA produced the short video with the USFA and with funding from DOJ.
