Extrication after ambulance crash

Rescuers reported a near head-on collision between a pick up truck and an AMR ambulance. Investigation reveals the ambulance had two EMT's and an EMT student on board. As soon as the impact occurred the ambulance crew got out of their rig and began treating the adult male driving the pick up truck and two boys, approximate ages 10 years old, who were also in the truck.
